Ach, na ja, ich hatte gefragt, warum mein Bild nicht in die eine ArtGroup aufgenommen wurde und er hat mir eigentlich erklärt, warum es nicht den Standards entspricht. Heute seh ich das eigentlich gar nicht mehr als richtige Kritik an, aber gestern war's im ersten Moment doch schon etwas hart :'D

Well... there is a lot of things that are not in place on this piece, and nor even properly artistic, but technichal.

First, you have this piece on the next category: fan art/digital art/other. Well, this piece is not a fan art; it is or a Photomanipulation, or a Photo Retouch (mixed media on dART). And I say this because, changing the hue of a picture is not creating one of the guys from Avatar.

Now that the origin of the piece is clear, another technichal issue is the folder where you submitted at our group. You submitted at Photomanipulation, but as this is not one (a photomanipulation should had 2 or more pictures added), this can't be submitted on this folder, so it must be declined.

And finally, even if we changed the folder, we have the quality of the piece. Finally and artistic review.
The truth is that a picture with just the hue changed, and some dots on the face (plus text) is hardly a qualified piece for the group. We expect for a manipulation to be a absolutely different piece from the original image. And here we have the same picture of the mouse with some retouch.

I really urge you to practice different photomanipulation tutorials, try to do just normal and boring things, to learn the basics of manipulations, because adding some digital filters would not be enough.

hmmm, also ich kann schon verstehen, dass die kritik trifft, aber eigentlich ist seine Antwort sehr konstruktiv und er hat sich extra die zeit genommen. wann bekommt man schon mal ganz genau erklärt, warum man weshalb nicht angenommen wird? Und na ja, klar, wir sind halt hobbybastler und keine professionellen. richtige grafikart ist schon ein bisschen mehr als das, was wir tun. das ergebnis sieht ja durchaus gelungen aus, aber wenn man sich dann so manche meister ihres fachs anschaut und vor allem, was die so fabrizieren .. klar, dass da ein unterschied zu uns ist. deswegen kopf hoch!
